We’ve been busy at GotPhoto, rolling out updates to make your workflow smoother and your customers’ shopping experience even better. From a revamped online shop to faster downloads and new features, we packed Q1 with game-changing improvements. And the best part? There’s even more coming in Q2! Let’s dive into what’s new.

Online Shop 2025 Edition, Designed for Conversion

Say hello to the online shop 2025 edition! It’s mobile first, meaning your customers can shop anytime, anywhere, with a layout that encourages bigger purchases. Here are some changes that help support this:

  • Packages first to encourage bigger purchases – Customers see bundles before single products, making it easier (and more tempting) to buy more.
  • Upsells built in – Extras like retouching and add-ons appear before checkout, boosting your average order value (AOV).

Retouching as a Service—Now Available!

As part of the online shop 2025 edition, we introduced a new retouching feature for customers on growth, pro, and enterprise plans. Your customers can now request professional touchups directly in their carts. It’s a seamless experience for them, and an easy way for you to offer premium edits.

Heads up: You’ll still handle the actual retouching after they place an order.

Entagged continues to be a favourite among our photographers! We’ve added support for the Nikon Z6 III and the OPN-2500 barcode scanner.

Faster Downloads and Uploads for a Smoother Workflow

  • Upgraded our ZIP service – Downloads now match your internet speed.
  • Improved EasyUpload – Upload up to 25 photos at once (best performance at 10 concurrent uploads).
  • Increased the upload speed – In-app uploads are faster than ever.

Easier Payments and Invoicing

Stripe Link is here – Let customers pay faster with stored card details.

Invoice exports in CSV – Quickly transfer data to your accounting system.

Better Chargeback Support

Disputes happen. If you ever face a Stripe Express dispute (like a chargeback), we’ve got your back. We now auto-generate essential documentation (invoice, charge ID, tracking info, etc.) to strengthen your Stripe Express counter-claims. While we can’t fight chargebacks for you, we’re making it easier to respond effectively.
