Online Shop 2025 Edition, Designed for Conversion

Say hello to the online shop 2025 edition! It’s mobile first, meaning your customers can shop anytime, anywhere, with a layout that encourages bigger purchases. Here are some changes that help support this:
- Packages first to encourage bigger purchases – Customers see bundles before single products, making it easier (and more tempting) to buy more.
- Upsells built in – Extras like retouching and add-ons appear before checkout, boosting your average order value (AOV).

Retouching as a Service—Now Available!
As part of the online shop 2025 edition, we introduced a new retouching feature for customers on growth, pro, and enterprise plans. Your customers can now request professional touchups directly in their carts. It’s a seamless experience for them, and an easy way for you to offer premium edits.
Heads up: You’ll still handle the actual retouching after they place an order.

Better Chargeback Support
Disputes happen. If you ever face a Stripe Express dispute (like a chargeback), we’ve got your back. We now auto-generate essential documentation (invoice, charge ID, tracking info, etc.) to strengthen your Stripe Express counter-claims. While we can’t fight chargebacks for you, we’re making it easier to respond effectively.
