Inside this Release
Improvements & Enhancements
Upcoming Batch Deadline Alerts Now on Your Admin Dashboard
You’ll now see proactive alerts for upcoming batch deadlines directly in the Notifications widget on your new Admin Dashboard.
Instead of only being notified once a batch is overdue, you’ll now get an amber alert when a deadline is approaching, helping you stay ahead and avoid last-minute stress.
This update is live now and applies to jobs with batch shipping enabled—so you can plan ahead and keep everything on track.
Faster Selection for Price Lists & Automated Campaigns
Selecting the right Price List or Automated Campaign just got easier. Instead of scrolling through long dropdown menus, you can now use a searchable, alphabetically sorted selector to quickly find exactly what you need.
This update helps you set up jobs faster, reduces the risk of picking the wrong option, and scales smoothly as your list of price lists or campaigns grows.
Subjects Table Update: Custom Columns + Orders at a Glance
The Subjects table just became more flexible and insightful.
You can now show or hide columns using a new column manager dropdown—no page reload needed. This lets you tailor the table to your workflow and focus only on the information that matters most to you. We’ve also refined the default column view to better match how you typically work.
On top of that, you’ll now see a new “Orders” column displaying the number of orders per subject. This gives you instant visibility into who has (or hasn’t) ordered—without needing to export a report.
The update is live now, helping you scan faster, work smarter, and spot opportunities at a glance.
Faster & Smarter Download Orders Are Here
Downloading orders just got a major upgrade. We’ve moved ZIP creation to our dedicated Zipper Service, meaning your download files are now generated faster, more reliably, and stored in the correct regional location (EU or US). This improves speed, reduces latency, and ensures better performance—especially during busy periods.
By separating ZIP creation from core order handling, we’ve also increased overall system stability. Even during high download activity, your experience stays smooth.
Help Request Delivery Updated in Next Gen
We’ve updated how completed Help Requests are delivered in Next Gen.
Instead of receiving a Google Drive or direct download link by email, you’ll now receive a notification asking you to return to the Next Gen platform to access your file.
If your request is free, your download will be available immediately. If payment is required, you’ll be prompted to complete payment before accessing the file. All file delivery is now fully hosted within the Next Gen platform—no more external links.
This change creates a more seamless and professional experience and reduces delivery issues.
Correct Currency Now Displayed in Your Account Settings
We’ve fixed an issue where the wrong currency symbol could appear in certain configuration and pricing areas of your account.
Previously, some photographers especially in Canada and parts of Europe were seeing their shop currency (e.g., CAD) on pages related to their business costs, even though they were actually billed in a different currency (such as USD or EUR). This sometimes led to confusion when invoices didn’t match what was shown on screen.
Now, all configuration and billing-related pages display the correct billing currency. Your shop currency remains unchanged and continues to display correctly in the shop.
This update ensures clearer, more transparent pricing across your account.
EasyUpload 3.8.1 – Clearer View of Your Unlimited Storage
EasyUpload now clearly reflects that you have unlimited storage.
Previously, the storage indicator could make it seem like your space was limited or filling up. With version 3.8.1, the display has been updated to show your usage within an unlimited plan—removing any confusion about storage limits.
Bug Fixes
Abandoned Cart Trigger Fixed The issue with the Cart
Abandoned trigger where, for some photographers, emails were sent to customers outside the intended scope, has been resolved and is now live in production. If you already had the trigger set up, no action is needed. If you previously removed it from a campaign, it’s now safe to add it back. Thanks for your patience and support while we worked through this fix!
Entagged
Entagged Firmware Update Now Available
A new firmware update is live for Entagged users and can be installed manually via the red notification badge in the app. This update fixes an issue where saving codes didn’t work on newer Sony cameras like the a6700 and a1 II, as well as other models with the paid Scan & Tag firmware upgrade.
Entagged iOS App Update – Version 4.4.2
We’ve released an important iOS update for the Entagged app, addressing issues introduced in version 4.4.1 – especially for photographers using Automatic sync with a 30-second interval. This version includes crash fixes, performance improvements, and clearer feedback when adding new Names to a job.
Highlights include:
- A new progress indicator when adding Names
- Fixes for timeout warnings, delayed updates, and slow screen loads
- Improved stability when editing or navigating Name Lists
- Serial number check now works without requiring leading zeros
